Nestled in the heart of Shenton Park, Montario Quarter is set to become a landscaped urban village, close to boutique retail, cafes and community amenities in a future shopping precinct.

Montario Quarter is within the catchment of Shenton College and close to The University of Western Australia, QEII Medical Centre and Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital.

Montario Quarter will be a thriving new urban village, providing opportunities for the community to work, play and build connections.  From curated public art pieces and walking trails, through to a range of new shopping and dining options, the estate will deliver quality new facilities and amenities for everyone to enjoy.

Montario Quarter has been designed to be a green urban village, with tree-lined streets and parklands for all to enjoy.  More than 25 per cent of the estate will be dedicated to parklands, retained bushland, and other public spaces, with more than 1,100 new trees set to be planted.

The former Shenton Park Rehabilitation Hospital touched the lives of thousands of patients, doctors, nurses and visitors over its 121-year history.  Respecting this rich history as a place of healing has played an important in developing the vision for Montario Quarter.

Montario Quarter has been designed to fit within, and connect to, the surrounding community.  It will provide a range of housing options to ensure we’re meeting the needs of different households.
